IMPORTANT: The information contained on this sheet is intended for informational
purposes only, and is provided by the association as a courtesy. It is not to be relied upon

No curtains, blind, or awning shall be installed on any porch or balcony without the prior approval of the Board. An owner shall not individually paint or otherwise decorate or change any portion of the exterior of the unit. Common walks, stairways, and hallways shall not be obstructed, littered, defaced, or misused in any manner. No signs may be displayed unless approved by the Board. Only privately owned passenger cars may be parked or stored by members and or lessees, their relatives, and guests in any parking space, or public parking areas of the condominium complex. No motorcycles, trailers or boats of any kind may be stored or parked on the condominium complex property. No pets of any kind are permitted in units.

Any lessee of any unit shall be approved first by the Board of Directors. No lease shall be for less than 90 days nor more than six months. No unit may be leased more than once in any period of 12 consecutive months.

Please refer to the current Association budget for the maintenance fee amount.
Maintenance fees are due the first day of the first month of the quarter.
